The Slot Shift Manager oversees daily operations within the Slot Department, reporting to the Slot Duty and Operations Managers. Key tasks include mentoring slot associates, ensuring compliance with AGLC guidelines, and enhancing customer relations. A focus on crafting a welcoming environment is vital for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide superior customer service to all guests
• Mentor and develop slot associates for success
• Ensure compliance with AGLC terms and conditions
• Monitor and address safety concerns proactively
• Participate in daily operational meetings and debriefs
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 2-3 years in the casino/slot industry preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional skills in customer service and leadership
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights
