Nutrien Senior Human Resources Advisor

Transform the workplace as a Senior Human Resources Advisor vide strategic HR support to the Fort Saskatchewan and Joffre Nitrogen locations while enhancing workforce effectiveness and employee experience.

In this role, you will partner with site leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, utilizing your solid HR foundation gained from at least six years of experience. Your contributions will include coaching for leading change, employee relations, and developing talent while ensuring compliance with HR policies and Alberta regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary HR contact for key nitrogen sites

• Develop and execute workforce and talent strategies

• Offer consultation on performance and organizational effectiveness

• Implement HR programs on retention and employee engagement

• Analyze people metrics for actionable insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum of 6 years in HR generalist roles

• Expertise in HRIS and advanced Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of Alberta's employment regulations

• Proven ability to influence leaders positively
