Materials Coordinator Fort Saskatchewan

Coordinate critical materials in Fort Saskatchewan using SAP, MS Excel, and inventory tracking skills for Aecon Industrial projects. This is a site-based position.

As Materials Coordinator, you will report to the Materials Manager and support industrial construction activities. The work includes materials management, logistics, delivery documentation, material takeoffs, and project database updates. You will communicate with procurement, quality control, project management, field engineering, and material handling personnel.

• Receive, issue, track, and document materials and equipment
• Complete material takeoffs from project drawings
• Expedite materials and services against project schedules
• Prepare Material Readiness Reviews for work package cycles
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle count verification

• Minimum three years of engineering or construction project experience
• Experience in materials management and logistics
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to identify construction materials and consumables
