Base pay range$28.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Job Summary:
The OEM Certified Technician is responsible for performing high-quality maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services on products following the OEM standards and specifications. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, hands‑on skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on OEM products.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Adhere to OEM guidelines and specifications during all maintenance and repair activities to ensure product integrity and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest OEM training, certifications, and service bulletins.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with advisors, explaining the nature of the problems, the work that needs to be done, and the estimated time frames.
- Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred.
- OEM certification relevant to the specific industry or product line (e.g., ASE certification for automotive technicians).
- Proven experience as a technician in the relevant field.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent communication and service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo continuous training and certification as required by the OEM.
- Wages will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
