Physician - Orthopedic Surgeon - Mercy Orthopedic Hospital Fort Smith, Arkansas
Board‑certified or board‑eligible orthopaedic surgeons are invited to join our team in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Role OverviewMercy Orthopedics boasts a dedicated group of 10 physicians, 4 PAs, and supportive staff focused on quality patient care. The practice is system‑wide, with Epic as the electronic medical record and strong partnerships with hospitalists, residency programs, and the Arkansas Osteopathic School of Medicine.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive orthopaedic care to a diverse rural patient population.
- Collaborate with a high‑quality, experienced group and hospitalist service.
- Participate in teaching with medical students and residents supported by the Arkansas Osteopathic School of Medicine and local residencies.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement and utilization of evidence‑based therapies within the integrated health system.
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible orthopaedic surgeon.
- Commitment to patient‑centered care within a physician‑led, multi‑specialty group.
