President​/CEO

With over $140 million in assets, Arkansas Best Federal Credit Union, located in Fort Smith, Arkansas, is currently looking to replace their retiring President/CEO. The board of directors is seeking a financial services executive that will bring a strategic vision to the credit union, while fostering the culture of excellent member service. Responsibilities will include developing new initiatives for the organization, enhancing the growth of the credit union, and maintaining the existing strong relationship with the core select employee group.

The ideal candidate will have five plus years of leadership experience, exceptional people management skills, and a holistic understanding of credit union financial operations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be a highly effective communicator.
