Financial Analyst
The finance team at Manufacturing Technologies is expanding, and we want a Financial Analyst who treats Journal Entries as second nature. Join Manufacturing Technologies as a hybrid Financial Analyst and take real ownership of Analytical Thinking work while earning $72,000 - $105,000 and growing your craft.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare board-ready financial packages and fiercely-supportive executive summaries
- Turn raw ledgers into forecasts the finance team can actually plan against
- Build the close documentation a new senior hire could follow blind
- Mentor junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy
- Hold the line on capitalization policy across every finance project
- Due Diligence fundamentals plus the Growth Mindset polish clients notice
- Senior-caliber judgment about when to escape and when to absorb
- 6 years that taught you which corners can be cut
- Curiosity that outpaces your current job description
- Real proficiency with Transfer Pricing, plus willingness to learn Analytical Thinking fast
- The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten
- The kind of empathy that makes hard feedback land softly
Manufacturing Technologies is a thoughtfully-bold Fort Smith, AR studio where Valuation gets treated with the seriousness most companies reserve for marketing. We onboard you to the finance mission first and the Due Diligence tooling second, in that order.
Compensation lands at $72,000 - $105,000, mentorship is built in, and the path from here to senior finance work is mapped, not vague.
Freshly active this morning, the senior Financial Analyst role wants candidates now.
Don't wait for the perfect moment to switch into finance work, because it's right now.
