• Conduct professional interviews and screen applications.
• Advise applicants on career opportunities, policies, and orientation schedules.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify and onboard top talent.
• Assist in developing short-term and long-term hiring plans.
• Partner with department leaders to address retention, talent development, and industry trends.
• Act as a liaison between Nursing, Clinical Education, and Talent Selection teams.
• Provide career advisement sessions and ongoing touchpoints at 30-60-90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.
• Support co-workers with career development strategies and action plans.
• Track progression along identified career paths.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• Skills: Professionalism, strong communication, and knowledge of healthcare roles.
• Preferred:
  • Licensure: LPN or RN (or other healthcare degrees such as respiratory therapy, physical therapy).
  • Experience in academic or clinical settings, student programs, or career coaching.
  • Certifications:
    
    Education certification, Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Familiarity with data entry/software and healthcare role expectations.
