Our orthodontic practice is committed to providing the best healthcare experience our patients are ever going to experience... anywhere. And we’ve assembled a highly-skilled, hard-working, and insanely charming bunch of badasses that make that happen every single day.

We are growing and looking for just the right person to be our next orthodontic clinical specialist. Our clinical specialists work one-on-one with our patients and are (obviously) working directly with their braces. To be successful, they must be comfortable working directly with the doctors, patients, and their families. Sound easy? Well, it isn’t.

• Outgoing, positive, and social person with a genuine love for helping others
• Someone who can accurately and gently perform complex procedures in a specific amount of time
• The ability to do the above while simultaneously making the patient feel comfortable, valued, and at ease (think high-end food service, with your gloved hands in someone’s mouth. I know, weirdest. meal. ever.)
• Someone who shares the passion, vision, and core values of our practice
• Hard-working self-starter that doesn’t need to be micro-managed (Yup, that’s a record-setting number of hyphenated words in a sentence)
• Receptive to constantly learning new skills and adapting in a technologically advanced environment

• Doesn t mind traveling between Fort Smith and Fayetteville locations
