RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work evening shifts with varying shift times

• 36 guaranteed hours per week (3x12 hour shifts)

• 2+ years of experience required

• Required certifications:
Current Arkansas State Board of Nursing licensure, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC

• Preferred certification: CPEN

• Work with EPIC EMR system

• Dress code requires black scrubs

• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1 (exemptions must be client approved)

• Assess patients and plan and evaluate their care

• Educate patients and families as needed

• Utilize appropriate resources to optimize patient care and patient flow

• Follow pain assessment policy and assist with pain management

• Participate in patient safety/risk management program and Quality Improvement

• No call requirements or float requirements

• No weekend hour requirements specified
