The Springs of Fort Smith in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team. You will work under the direction of a licensed OT to support mobility and functional goals.
You will help implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and encourage patients through their rehab journey. Arkansas license required; strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
