The Springs of Covington in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will evaluate patients, create individualized therapy plans, and provide ADL/IADL therapy to improve independence and quality of life for residents in our skilled nursing setting.
As part of a dedicated care team, you will collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered treatment. AR licensure and an accredited OT program are required.
