** Responsibilities
* ** Manage and lead a crew of construction workers, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
* Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, etc.)
* Ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of quality
* Ensure that all crew members comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
* Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget
* Manage project resources, including materials and equipment, to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively
* Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects
* Must be willing to travel (Muskogee, Springdale, Ft Smith)
* Other duties as assigned#
** Qualifications
* ** Minimum 4+ years of experience in utility construction, with experience in a leadership role
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational training preferred
* Strong knowledge of underground utility installation and related equipment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Must be willing to travel within 150-mile radius
