Assembly Technician - RCD

Pruitt is seeking candidates to fill an Assembly Technician position in the RCD Shop at our Fort Smith, AR facility.

We assemble and refurbish Rotating Control Devices (RCD's) that are used in the oil and gas industry. Technicians in this position work in a job that is very hands-on and intensely mechanical in nature.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year experience working in an industrial setting (May include work in mechanical, construction, fabrication, etc. type environments). Successful candidates will be very detail oriented, able to manage their work in an organized manner, and not afraid to get dirty. Additionally, they should possess the ability to solve problems logically; be able to work without direct supervision in a team environment and have the persistence to see a job through from start to completion.

Adherence to safety policies and procedures and ability to follow verbal instructions are job expectations.

Candidate selected must pass a drug test as a condition of employment. The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Incumbent may be required to work on Friday depending upon production needs.
