• Operate Hammer mills and Bico Towers.
• Inspect raw materials before loading to prevent contamination.
• Practice First‑In, First‑Out (FIFO) when loading raw materials.
• Utilize computer software.
• Clear jams on Hammer mills and Bico Towers.
• Investigate quality issues related to contamination and metal.
• Maintain the pucketizer in the bico room.
• Responsible for housekeeping in the pulp, bico, and pucketizer areas.
• Inspect forklifts daily.
• Dispose of recyclable product, including cardboard.
• Replenish bico, pulp, and other supplies as needed.
• Ensure all tools are on the shadow board.
• Communicate with team members as needed, including shift hand‑off with previous and incoming operators during shift review and planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge and experience with GMP principles.
