A well‑established, fully integrated food processing operation is seeking a Production Supervisor to support its further‑processing team. The role oversees day‑to‑day production activities, ensures safety and quality standards are met, and leads a team in delivering high‑quality products to a wide range of customers.

The Production Supervisor reports to the Shift Manager and is responsible for managing all activities on the assigned production line. This includes driving safety, quality, yield, and efficiency while maintaining compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

• Lead and supervise a team of hourly employees (up to ~30 team members).
• Oversee safety, production performance, staffing levels, attendance, training, and corrective actions.
• Enforce company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure all product specifications and USDA requirements are met.
• Complete daily shift reports, including timekeeping and production documentation.
• Maximize yield and throughput without compromising quality.
• Assist with interviewing and selecting new team members.
• Ensure ongoing safety and job‑specific training is completed for shift employees.
• Maintain readiness for customer, regulatory, and BRC audits. This is a safety‑sensitive position.

• 2-5 years in a food production environment required.
• Experience overseeing teams of 15-40 people.
• Solid understanding of USDA, HACCP, GMPs, and SOPs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Poultry‑processing environment experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

📍 Fort Smith, Arkansas
🕙 2nd shift: 2:30 PM – 1:30 AM, Mon‑Fri (must be available Saturdays, but never Sundays)
💵 $60K–$65K
