Our long-term care and rehabilitation facility is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about improving residents’ quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care.

️ Position Overview – Registered Nurse (RN):

As an RN at Covington Court, you’ll be a vital part of our interdisciplinary care team, supporting residents through recovery, independence, and long-term care. You’ll have the opportunity to lead, grow, and make a lasting difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide resident-centered nursing care in compliance with individualized care plans

Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and document changes accurately

Administer medications and treatments per physician and facility protocol

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and fellow nurses

Educate residents and families about treatment plans and health conditions

Ensure proper documentation in EMR systems and regulatory records

Uphold infection control, safety procedures, and quality care standards

Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas (or compact state)

New graduates welcome to apply

Previous experience in long-term care or rehab is preferred

Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations

Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills

CPR/BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
