Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00–5:00 am; every other weekend and holiday.
- Administer medications.
- Administer monthly injections.
- Observe, record, and report the resident’s condition and reaction to medications.
- Assist with completing quarterly physical assessments.
- Follow protocols for drug regimens for each resident as developed by the interdisciplinary team.
- Report seizure activity and follow the seizure protocol to ensure the safety of the individual during a seizure.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed by the State of Arkansas.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ready to work eight‑hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays.
- Under supervision of a Director of Nursing (DON).
