Position: Licensed Practical Nurse - General Surgery (4500) FT Days

These units support patients preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical interventions, giving you the opportunity to build a strong foundation in diverse clinical skills.
While you’ll have a home unit, we believe in cross-training to broaden your expertise and confidence in caring for patients with varying conditions, comorbidities, and procedures. Position Details:

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (or equivalent experience with licensure).
• Licensure: Current LPN license in the state of practice; must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
• Certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – required within 30 days of hire.
  • Additional certifications may be required based on unit (ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., IV Certification within 1 year).
