Med Surg Nursing Director

• Oversee and manage patient care services across multiple cost centers.
• Actively participate in community and regional organizations.
• Serve on System-driven councils, committees, and task forces as needed.
• Perform related duties in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

• Education: BSN from an accredited College of Nursing. A Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field is preferred or must be planned for completion within a specified timeframe.

• Licensure: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of practice.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Nurse Manager in a comparable hospital setting. Proven ability to collaborate with executives, physicians, and co-workers to achieve goals.

• Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Demonstrates professionalism and stays updated on healthcare advancements through continuing education. Engaged in community and professional organizations.
