American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU Stepdown position in Fort Smith, AR. This role requires 2+ years of specialty ICU Stepdown experience and proficiency in managing post-CV surgery and stroke patients.
The nurse will work in a 16-bed ICU Stepdown unit, with a 4:1 patient ratio, night shifts (3x12), and no-call requirements. Must have BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and be able to titrate cardiac drips;
Airvo and EPIC experience preferred.
