Follow Tacos 4 Life standard operating procedures in the kitchen;
Efficiently follow a daily prep cook list provided by management;
Prepare and cook ingredients for the line (including hot prep, cold prep, grill prep, and grill fry);
Efficiently prepare all menu items in a timely manner;
Expedite food from the kitchen to FOH staff;
Correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
