Braum's Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager in Fort Smith, AR. You will lead the store crew, drive sales through customer service and food quality, and supervise daily food service, grocery and fountain operations. This role requires 2 years of experience and a minimum 21 years old, with a valid driver's license.
Compensation includes hourly pay $18.50–$19.00, plus a bi-weekly bonus and strong benefits package. Schedule rotates with an expected 45-hour week.
