Join the Burlington Stores, Inc. team as a Stocking Associate in our Fort Smith location. In this role you will keep our stores fully stocked and ready for customers, handling merchandise from receiving to display.

We’re looking for a self‑motivated and organized individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll collaborate with a team to manage daily inventory flow and support the store’s success.

• Receive freight and convey shipments from the shipping/receiving platform to the backroom.
• Process, ticket, store, move, and display merchandise.
• Stock, organize, and present new merchandise on the sales floor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time to time.

Competitive wage of $12.50 per hour with flexible hours and an associate discount. Part‑time associates may qualify for Burlington’s benefits package, including medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays, after one year of service.
