AE - Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate) at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is a part-time role focused on bringing the brand to life in-store and delivering an amazing shopping experience for every guest.
Responsibilities- Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they are looking for with a friendly, “friends first” approach.
- Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
- Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
- Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
- Collaborate with the team to get the job done and support store goals.
- Uphold integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
- Passion for AE and Aerie products.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
