Salesperson (Insurance Sales Specialist – Remote & In-Person Opportunity)

DSI Groups is looking for motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven individuals to join our high-performing insurance sales team. Responsibilities
  • Get Licensed – must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance and support).
  • Meet with Clients – perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options.
  • Present Tailored Solutions – deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing benefits and features of our life insurance products.
  • Close Sales & Earn Big – guide clients through the application process and celebrate each win.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships – cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Stay Informed – stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions; use this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed if you’re not already!
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in‑person meetings).
