DescriptionThe commercial refrigeration technician represents National HVAC Service as the direct customer contact and is responsible for diagnostics and repair of refrigeration, ice machines, and HVAC equipment. Service technicians work closely with the dispatcher and team leaders for daily assignments, materials acquisition, and weekly scheduling. This position requires technical skills, good communication, and the ability to adapt to high stress situations.

- 5+ years experience as HVACR technician.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to utilize tablet for invoicing/dispatch.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
