We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries operate efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment across our campus. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and support our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
- Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
- Use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools to resolve issues
- Refrigeration:
Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines - Cooking Equipment:
Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets - Ventilation & HVAC:
Exhaust hoods, rooftop units, make-up air systems - Sanitation:
High-capacity dishwashers, sanitation systems

- CFC Universal Certification
- EPA 608 certification
- Legal eligibility to work in the US
- Willingness to relocate

- At least 3 years of experience in:
