Summary:

Walmart is recruiting a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support repair and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC equipment in local retail stores. The role uses commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to complete repair jobs and respond to emergency maintenance calls.

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and MVR report
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using hand tools, digital tools, and power tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support stores and store associates, and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC safety policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and be comfortable working at heights.

• Individual compensation based on skill set, experience, and qualifications.
• Eligible for bonus incentive.
