Route Sales Representative –
Cold Front Distribution

Location:

North Little Rock, AR

Starting pay: $55,000 - $60,000 DOE

Retention Bonus

• $500 after a 90‑day successful performance period
• $500 after a 6‑month successful performance period
• $1,000 after a 1‑year successful performance period

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate product deliveries to all retail accounts
• Meet all DOT drug and alcohol and medical certification requirements
• Maintain knowledge of DSD, retail food business practices, and operation of handheld devices (preferred but not required)
• Drive a company vehicle and deliver, move and lift product up to 50 lbs in varying environments
• Pass a post‑offer/pre‑employment background check, DOT physical, drug screening, and maintain a satisfactory MVR

Qualifications

• CDL preferred but not required
• Monday through Friday – weekends off
