This Veterinary Customer Service Representative/Receptionist supports a three-veterinarian hospital providing comprehensive companion-animal care. You will answer communications, coordinate appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate client and patient information. The work also includes helping clients understand their visits and directing concerns to the appropriate veterinary team member.
