Join KFC as an IT Service Desk Analyst, providing crucial hybrid support to restaurant teams. Utilize your IT skills to resolve technology incidents and facilitate better communication.
This essential role involves offering Level 1 support via telephone, email, and online chat to KFC team members. You will help troubleshoot diverse technology incidents while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the support journey. In addition, you'll conduct necessary training and contribute to improving departmental processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist restaurant teams through various support platforms
• Train users on best practices and system functionalities
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional support teams
• Strive for continuous improvement of existing processes
• Document and track incidents reported via ITSM tools
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in IT support services
• Technical college degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with POS systems and supporting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of French Canadian is preferred
