Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of advisors

• Maintain and grow personal client relationships

• Foster high-performance culture within the team

• Guide the strategic direction of the firm’s growth

• Mentor fellow advisors to enhance their practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a financial services background

• Active Life and Health License required

• Preferably holds FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66

• Proven client development and management success

• Experience in mentoring high-performing teams
