Position: Experienced Plant Manager Needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field

• 7–10+ years in operations leadership roles

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification

• Familiarity with ISO quality standards

• Strong commercial acumen and customer engagement skills
