Quality Manager in Production Engineering

Lead and enhance quality processes as a Production Quality Manager. Focus on process standards, operational stability, and product validation to drive excellence across all projects.

In this role, you will oversee the quality function within the manufacturing sector. A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering, coupled with 5-7 years of relevant experience, is essential. You will implement control plans, manage audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with design and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product quality lifecycle processes

• Collaborate with teams to develop PFMEAs and validation plans

• Ensure compliance with ISO
9001/27001/CSA management standards

• Drive root cause analysis for quality issues

• Implement reliability testing protocols and design improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

• 5–7 years in quality engineering for manufacturing

• Experience with automated quality systems and AI applications

• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, SPC, and relevant standards

• ISO
9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
