Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement care plans for diverse clients

• Work with teams to evaluate client needs

• Provide counseling and emotional support to clients

• Conduct assessments and progress evaluations regularly

• Travel within the Hawkesbury community to meet clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work

• Registered and in good standing with Ontario College

• 1-2 years experience in a community setting

• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
