Due Diligence Consultant - Assisted Living Acquisition Taq Tyle  Corp

Taq Tyle Corp is acquiring an assisted living facility in Minnesota and needs an experienced professional to conduct focused due diligence. We're looking for someone with hands-on assisted living experience who can quickly identify key risks and opportunities.

• Review financial statements and identify red flags in revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Analyze occupancy trends, resident census, and revenue per resident
• Check regulatory compliance status and review any outstanding citations or issues
• Assess facility condition and major capital expenditure needs
• Evaluate staffing levels, turnover, and operational efficiency
• Review key contracts and insurance coverage

Essential:

• 3+ years of assisted living experience (operations, finance, or administration)
• Understanding of assisted living financial models and key metrics
• Familiarity with Minnesota healthcare regulations preferred

Ideal Background:

• Former assisted living administrator or operations manager
• CPA with healthcare/senior living audit experience
• Healthcare consultant with acquisition experience

This is a focused 1-2 week engagement to review the key aspects of the acquisition target and provide a clear go/no-go recommendation.

• Recommendation on deal structure or deal-breakers
