Construction Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you’ll support the successful delivery of construction projects by coordinating construction activities, project schedules, managing documentation, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

• Work along side project managers and superintendents
• Support project planning and maintain project schedules.
• Develop and monitor, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement logs.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of subcontracts, drawing changes and other project documentation.
• Support weekly project and OAC meetings with accurate notes and follow-up.
• Maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders.
• Support project closeout by compiling O&M manuals, closeout packets, and punchlist follow-up.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Experience working for a General Contractor required
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• OR Technical School degree with equivalent industry experience
  
  Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
• Strong problem-solving, and communication skills
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
