We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to help design the next generation of electro-mechanical motion solutions. This is an opportunity for an accomplished, hands‑on engineer who wants more than a narrow design assignment. You will own meaningful technical work, solve complex machine‑level problems, collaborate directly with customers, and see your designs make it to production.

• Lead product and system‑level design efforts for electro‑mechanical actuation and power transmission solutions.
• Create robust, manufacturable machine designs involving precision‑machined components, bearings, gearing, motors, drives, sensors, and linear‑motion systems.
• Define requirements, develop detailed mechanical layouts, build FEA models, and establish tolerance schemes that balance performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
• Partner with manufacturing, applications, product, and program teams to move designs from concept through production.
• Engage directly with customer engineers and program leaders in design reviews, technical discussions, and problem‑solving.
• Bring thoughtful trade‑off analysis, creative solutions, and lessons learned to support product roadmaps and future opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• At least seven years of hands‑on mechanical machine design experience, with senior‑level judgment and an ownership mindset.
• Demonstrated success designing complex precision‑machined assemblies and power‑transmission systems.
• Strong working knowledge of bearings, shafts, gearing, motors, drives, ball or roller screws, linear motion, and tight‑tolerance components.
• Experience using CAD and engineering analysis tools, ideally including Solid Works and ANSYS, plus sound FEA and tolerance‑analysis fundamentals.
• The communication skills and credibility to collaborate across functions and represent engineering confidently with customers.
• A flexible, accountable approach, with the initiative to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
