Ridgeview is seeking an overnight Patient Care Attendant to monitor at the bedside for safety of patients at risk of self-harm. The role requires staying with the patient, providing direct support, and assisting with ADLs and mobility under RN direction.
Responsibilities include documenting patient status, assisting with non-clinical tasks, and ensuring a safe care environment during night shifts, with duties across Waconia and Chaska as needed.
