Care Aparent, a full-service in-home care provider serving the Twin Cities, is hiring a full-time Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWOCN) in Minnesota.
You will lead wound and ostomy care, supervise visits, perform OASIS assessments, and educate clients and families. Must hold MN RN license, CWOCN certification, and at least 1 year of home care experience; driver’s license required. Pay is $41.50–$47.00 hourly plus mileage.
