Pediatric Home Service is seeking a Pediatric Hospital-to-Home Nurse to support medically complex children as they transition from hospital to home. This full-time role in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro Area involves travel throughout Minnesota, with overnight and weekend shifts required.
Active RN license with a minimum of 3 years in pediatrics is required, including care for medically complex patients. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for overnight shift positions.
