ALL, Inc. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Appliance and Cabinet Inside Sales Team. We're seeking a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching employees, building customer relationships, and driving profitable sales growth.
What We're Looking For:- 5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in appliances, cabinetry, or building products.
- 2+ years of sales or people leadership experience.
- Proven success developing teams, achieving sales goals, and managing profitability.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and relationship-building skills.
