Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced painter to join our team at Housing Hub in Saint Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and residential maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing high-quality work.
Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Perform touch-ups and finish work as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- At least 2 years of experience in residential painting
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
