Community Living Specialist; Direct Support Professional

Do you enjoy helping others build confidence, independence, and a life they love? Reach for Resources is looking for a compassionate and community-minded Community Living Specialist to support adults with disabilities and mental health conditions.

In this role, you'll work one-on-one with individuals to:

• Build practical life and independent living skills
• Set and achieve personal goals
• Develop confidence and self-advocacy skills
• Connect with community resources and meaningful activities
• Build positive relationships through person-centered support

You'll be part of a supportive team that values flexibility, professional growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

$19/hour + mileage reimbursement for eligible work-related travel

Someone who is organized, dependable, compassionate, and genuinely interested in helping others. Education or experience in disability services, mental health, human services, psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
