Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time and PRN Day & Night Positions. Come join our team as a charge nurse leader at our state‑of‑the‑art, skilled nursing facility. This position provides direct care to the patients and direct oversight to the nurse aides, ensuring and promoting excellent care delivery on the nursing care units and meeting the needs of residents, families and nursing aides during the care delivery process.

• $29.00 to $34.00 hourly base rates based on LPN credentials and experience.
• Additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.

• Assist in the responsibility for total patient care within the nursing unit and the management of the unit.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for actions and care delivered by nurse associates, including monitoring and responding to all policies and procedures regarding such duties.
• Administer medication and treatment per physician orders specific to the patient.
• Instruct and observe care implementation per physician/clinician or standard of practice.
• Assist and direct in the admission/discharge process of patients.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license in the state of practice.
• Maintain licensure (complete CE requirements) and CPR certification.
• Desire to work with elderly and enjoy working directly with residents, staff and families.
• Possess good organizational skills and follow‑up when patient situations require.
