Our work depends on detail oriented, personable, multi-tasking Technology Transfer Principal Analyst joining our team and utilizing their technical skills to prepare technology transfer agreements to ensure technology products are developed following DoD requirements and able to meet the acquisition timeline to make is way to the Warfighter.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:- Coordinate all work efforts with the Director to provide support to the Product Managers in completing assigned agreement packages from drafting through executing and recording agreements.
- Responsible for the initial drafting, internal and external staffing for partner reviews (technical, budgetary, and legal), version control maintenance, coordination of partner signatures, and final agreement recording.
- Independently prepare, organize and maintain documents and correspondence IAW relevant Army and local regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Accurately draft, review, edit, and format agreements per Army regulations and technology transfer procedures.
- Track agreements, complete agreement filing and recording of agreements into the Army Tech Transfer database in compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
- Perform functions with all types of Technology Transfer and Interagency Agreements, including Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Interagency Support Agreements (IAAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Prepare staff action summary sheets for internal agreement staffing, maintain/update agreement files, scan documents, enter interagency agreements into any required review systems, file and record all agreements per Army regulations and office procedures.
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Attend product meetings and have an understanding Army protocol, acronyms, and procedures.
- Utilize various Microsoft Office Suite applications to effectively communicate via email with other staff; use the Outlook calendar in order to schedule multi-person meetings for both personnel internal and external to the Army.
- Complete other tasks to include, but not be limited to, reserving conference rooms, coordinating and scheduling of meetings (virtual and in-person), seminars, and between the ORTA Office and other federal agencies, academic institutions, and industry partners.

- Education
:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience. - Required Experience

Knowledge of regulations and technology transfer best practices. - Security Clearance Level

Excellent communications, writing, organizational and project management skills;
Experience, knowledge and the ability to execute using Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Microsoft Outlook. Must work independently, effectively multi-task, and prioritize daily/weekly workload. - Preferred Skills
