Contract Registered Nurse (RN) night shift

Base pay: $45.00/hr (contract). This role is a contract position with competitive salary and benefits only those required by law.

As an RN, you will provide total care for residents: monitor conditions, administer medications, follow physician orders, oversee NAR staff, maintain documentation, enforce narcotic policies, and handle communication with families and staff while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

• Monitor resident conditions and needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow narcotic policies, monitor for side effects.
• Oversee NAR staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation, including admissions and discharges.
• Report bruises, skin tears, or neglect.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

• Georgia RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

12‑hour shifts, 7 pm–7 am, contract position.
