Registered Nurse (RN) Every other weekend
Fort Valley Health and Rehab in Fort Valley, GA is looking to hire a part‑time/PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to seniors in a dynamic clinical environment.
Pay Range$35.00/hr – $41.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

This part‑time/PRN position works every other weekend.
Responsibilities- Provide total care for residents, monitoring condition and needs.
- Follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments.
- Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed.
- Monitor for side effects and report any changes in condition.
- Oversee the nursing assistant‑registered (NAR) staff, ensuring care plans are followed.
- Complete documentation, admissions, and discharges.
- Report bruises, skin tears, or neglect encountered while caring for residents.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
- RN licensure with the Georgia Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
