Job Summary

The Logistics Associate II position will be responsible for timely and accurately maintaining internal systems and data for sales order and equipment management. This position will directly interact with the set‑up team and Logistics Coordinator on delivery requests.

• Receive and review sales orders from Logistics Associate I to identify back orders.
• Enter the sales order in auto‑E‑auto and update the sales order with serial numbers.
• Lookup equipment availability and manage equipment.
• Link all items in E‑Auto to the customer number.
• Update the order status to (pulled) and place new updated paperwork on unit for set up.
• Manage open equipment orders in E‑Auto on a daily basis (open & back orders).
• Adhere to all company safety and general policies.
• Help with any other duties as requested or assigned.

Typically reports to the Management Direct Supervisor job title(s) such as Regional Supply Chain Manager or Warehouse Manager. The job is not directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination, pay decisions, performance management).

• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization, vendors, and customers.
• Fork truck experience or ability to be certified within 90 days.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs independently or greater weights via team lift or lift‑assist equipment.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with best warehouse practices.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.

• Ability to complete basic math operations.
• Ability to read and comprehend written procedures, write routine documents.
• Ability to understand and execute multi‑step oral and written instructions.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required. Travel requirements: domestic up to 10% of time. Ambient temperature warehouse or climate‑controlled office environment during normal business hours. Must be able to work in inclement weather as needed.

• Sitting: up to 6 hours/day.
• Lifting: up to 5 hours/day, up to 50 lbs.
• Walking: up to 8 hours/day.
• Pushing/Pulling: up to 6 hours/day.
• Standing: up to 8 hours/day.
• Climbing, bending, squatting, stooping, stairs, reaching, ladder, step stool, twisting: up to 4–5 hours/day as applicable.
• Exposure to heat, cold, water, dust, noise, humidity: up to 8 hours/day or as defined.
• Additional physical notes:
  Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load exceeding 50 lbs without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, punching, or pulling in an awkward position.
